Filipina Actress Noreen Joyce Guerra Lands Key Supporting Role in K-Drama ‘Ms. Incognito’

Filipina actress Noreen Joyce Guerra is set to make a significant appearance in the competitive world of Korean television, starring alongside acclaimed actress Jeon Yeo Been and B1A4’s Jinyoung in the upcoming K-dramaMs. Incognito.” Guerra will play the supporting role of Jenny, a character who becomes a key ally to the drama’s protagonist.

In the series, Jenny becomes a pillar of support for Young Ran (Jeon Yeo Been), a former elite bodyguard who has adopted the false identity of Bu Se Mi while hiding out in a remote village. As Young Ran navigates her new, quiet life, Jenny and other local villagers welcome her and help her adjust, all while remaining unaware of her dangerous past and true identity.

A ‘Dream Come True’ and a Milestone for Filipino Representation

For Guerra, this role represents a major career milestone and a moment of personal significance. “Being part of a mainstream K-Drama alongside such talented and respected actors truly feels like a dream come true,” Noreen stated.

She added that portraying Jenny is “especially meaningful” because it marks the first time she will portray a Filipino character in a Korean drama, allowing her to represent her heritage on a major platform. “I’m incredibly grateful to our director and writer for trusting me with this role and giving me the opportunity to represent Filipino talent in Korean drama,” she said. About ‘Ms. Incognito’

The drama follows the intense story of Kim Young Ran, a highly skilled female bodyguard who enters into a contract marriage with a terminally ill chaebol heir. To protect both him and his immense fortune, she must disappear. She adopts a new identity as Bu Se Mi and relocates to a quiet countryside town, where she takes on the unassuming job of a kindergarten teacher, all while trying to evade those who are ruthlessly plotting to seize the inheritance.
